Conditions of participation for the Jufenalm competition

1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is

2. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees are excluded from participation ipuro GmbH and their relatives. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from participation who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the competition. Only one participation is possible per person.

3. Participation in the competition
Participation takes place by registering for the newsletter using the corresponding form in the online shop. If you have already subscribed to our newsletter, you will automatically take part in the competition.

After registering, the participant receives a confirmation email (double opt-in). The participant only takes part in the competition after confirming their newsletter registration.

People are eligible to participate if they have at least one room fragrance from the collections during the participation period Classic, Exclusive or Limited acquire.

    5. Participation Period
    The competition begins on July 17, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

    6. Profit
    Two nights at the Jufenalm including half board will be raffled off among all eligible participants.

    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

    7. Social Media Liability
    The competition is not affiliated with Instagram/Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram/Facebook.

    8. Winner Determination and Notification
    The winner will be chosen at random after the end of the entry period.

    The winner will be notified by email to the address provided when registering for the newsletter.
    If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the organizer may draw a new winner.

    11. Data Protection
    Personal data is processed exclusively to carry out the competition and to send the newsletter in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

    The following data can be processed:

    • Email address
    • If applicable, name and address if you win

    The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to carry out the competition (e.g. shipping service providers).

    12. Early Termination/Changes
    The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or end the competition at any time for important reasons.

    13. Legal Recourse
    Legal recourse is excluded.

    14. Applicable Law
    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
