Product Manager:in Bodycare (m/f/d)

In order to further develop our product range creatively and strategically and to sustainably strengthen our market position, we are looking for an innovative product manager (m/f/d) who will design the product range(s) in a customer-oriented manner, pick up on trends and specifically exploit growth potential.
Your tasks:
- You develop new collections with a clear focus on innovation, creativity and brand identity.
- You define the strategic direction and objectives of your product ranges and translate market, trend and consumer analyzes into convincing product concepts.
- You ensure the cost-effectiveness of your product ranges and actively participate in quantity, price and calculation decisions.
- You monitor the performance of your products throughout their entire life cycle and derive well-founded optimization measures.
- You give your product developments emotional depth through storytelling and thus strengthen the connection to the brand.
- You work closely with internal interfaces as well as external partners and suppliers and manage your projects holistically and efficiently.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in product management or product development, ideally in the bodycare, home or lifestyle segment
- Strong analytical skills combined with a keen sense of brands, trends and consumer needs
- Experience in dealing with data analysis, KPIs and tools for market and competitor observation
- Structured, independent way of working as well as a high level of creativity and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong sense of responsibility for data quality and its influence on business decisions
- Very good communication skills and enjoy working with different departments
- Experience in the premium or luxury segment is a plus
- Passion for fragrance, design, interior or lifestyle – you understand what motivates our target group
- Very good knowledge of German and English

Category Manager (m/f/d)
In order to strategically develop our product range and sustainably strengthen our market position, we are looking for a market-oriented category manager who will design the product range in a customer-oriented manner, pick up on trends and specifically exploit growth potential.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the assigned product categories
- Analysis of market, competition and trend data to identify growth opportunities and product range optimization
- Development and implementation of category strategies to strengthen the ipuro brand in the premium and lifestyle segment
- Close collaboration with purchasing, sales, marketing and supply chain to ensure optimal market launches and availability
- Pricing and margin design in coordination with Finance and Sales
- Responsible for the placement strategy in the wholesale and retail environment as well
- Support of marketing concepts
- Regular reporting on performance, sales development and profitability

Internal Sales - Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) - full time
To strengthen our team in the areas of sales, customer service and operations, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality with organizational talent and strong communication skills.
With your structured and reliable way of working, you will make a decisive contribution to strengthening our customer relationships and ensuring smooth processes - and thus make an important contribution to our shared success.
Tasks
- Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders as well as support with the entire order processing
- Administrative support of the field service and close cooperation in day-to-day business
- Maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system to ensure an up-to-date, high-quality database
- Preparation of offers and support in the development of sales documents
- Coordination with purchasing, warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal product availability from our trading partners
- Preparation and creation of presentations, reports and sales-related documents
- Active communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth processes
- Processing of complaints and returns in close coordination with the responsible departments
- Participation in the optimization of internal processes and continuous improvement of service quality in internal sales
- Maintenance, administration and quality assurance of article, customer and supplier master data in close coordination with purchasing, sales and other departments
- Support in the further development and optimization of internal master data processes to ensure a uniform database in the ERP system
Qualification
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in internal sales – ideally in a retail or customer-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent and careful way of working
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a high level of service awareness
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Enthusiasm for fragrance, design, interior or lifestyle – you understand what motivates our target group
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
To further professionalize and ensure our financial processes, we are looking for a committed, structured and number-savvy personality with in-depth know-how in the area of accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for operational financial accounting - with a focus on debtors, creditors and monthly financial statements - and will be an important interface to internal areas and external tax advice.
Tasks
- Responsible for carrying out ongoing accounting (debtors, creditors, general ledger accounts, banks)
- Preparation of monthly financial statements independently according to HGB
- Preparatory and coordinating work on the annual financial statements in collaboration with the tax advisor
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger and subledger accounts as well as carrying out regular account clarifications
- Preparation of advance sales tax returns and reports to authorities
- Assisting with tax issues in collaboration with the tax advisor
- Participation in the digitization and optimization of accounting processes
- Collaboration with purchasing, sales, operations and controlling
- Support with internal financial projects and preparation of relevant reports
- Participation in the introduction and further development of ERP or accounting systems
Qualification
- Completed accounting training, ideally with further training to become an accountant or financial accountant
- Several years of professional experience in accounting - ideally in a tax consultancy or in the accounting of a medium-sized or international company, preferably in a trading or logistics environment
- Very good knowledge of ongoing accounting and confident in HGB accounting
- Experienced in dealing with common ERP systems (e.g. SAP, SAP B1, DATEV, MS Dynamics/Navision etc.) as well as MS Excel
- Structured, careful way of working with a high level of reliability and personal responsibility
- High affinity for numbers, initiative and enjoyment of process improvement
- Min. 3 days/week on site in the office in Frankfurt
- Tax consulting background is an advantage
