Shipping costs

Delivery is free for all orders over €50.00. Otherwise delivery costs €4.95.

Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 2 to 4 working days within Germany. If you have not received your products, please feel free to contact us via our contact page.

You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not opened and unused.

Return

To return items from your order, we ask you to do so via our returns portal: toern - Return Portal. Here you can select the items you want to return and, in the last step, generate the DHL return slip. This will then be sent to you automatically by email. Please first state your reason for return on your return slip behind the relevant item. Place the goods together with the return slip in the shipping box. Please note that the return period is paused once the request has been received. As soon as you have received the return slip, stick it on the box. Please make sure that the old label with which we sent your goods is no longer visible.

Complaint

If an item arrives damaged (e.g. broken glass or a leaking bottle), please send us one or more photos of this item using the contact form or via email to kundenservice@ipuro.com. This will speed up processing as customer service can write you back directly. Please also let us know your order number in the email.
