What makes WE ARE: fragrances so special?
The WE ARE: collection includes four different home fragrances, each featuring an upcycled hero ingredient for a truly unique fragrance experience. What's special about upcycled ingredients is that they've been rescued. These are waste products from other production processes (e.g., from the juice industry). Normally, these waste products would have ended up in the landfill. Using the upcycling method, these ingredients have been reprocessed and can thus be reused in the perfume industry.
Are WE ARE: products vegan? What kind of wax blend does the candle use? How long does the 140g candle burn? How many rattan sticks are recommended for the diffuser? What does it mean that the room fragrance is alcohol-free?
Are the WE ARE: products vegan?
All components (base formulation, perfume oils, printing inks, packaging, glasses, etc.) of WE ARE: products are vegan.
What kind of wax blend does the candle have?
The candle is a wax blend with at least 50% vegetarian wax.
How long does the 140g candle burn?
The candle has a burning time of +/- 30 hours.
How many rattan sticks are recommended for the diffuser?
We recommend starting with 3 sticks. Depending on your fragrance preference and personal taste, you can vary the number of sticks over time.
What does it mean that the room fragrance is alcohol-free?
The base formulation of the rough fragrance does not contain ethanol (potable alcohol). Instead, the base DPM is used. This has the advantage that, unlike ethanol, it is not as flammable and therefore does not constitute a hazardous material.
