Return

With your order you will receive a return shipping label and a return slip. Please indicate your reason for return on the return bill behind the corresponding item. Put the goods together with the return shipping label in the shipping box. For faster processing you will find a return shipping label in the package, but its use is not mandatory. Stick it on the carton. Please make sure that the old label with which we sent your goods is no longer visible!

Complaint

If you receive damaged items (e.g. broken glass), please send us one or more photos of the item via the contact form. This will speed up the process, because the customer service can call you back/ write to you directly. Please also include your order number in the email.
